Florida Nutrition Education courses are designed to help individuals and families make healthy food choices and best use of their SNAP budgets.

Across the state, our team works with participants so they may learn how to prepare healthy meals, stretch their dollars at the grocery store, and make informed decisions about what they eat.
We want these classes to be easy for you to take, so our food banks offer in-person courses throughout the state and we offer online classes for the whole family.

To get started with online classes, you can click on the “view online classes” button below  and sign up to take a virtual class.

To see the calendar of in-person courses, scroll down and sort by food bank, county, or city to help narrow down your options. Please note, courses can quickly change and the best way to stay updated with time changes or postponements is to sign up directly through the food bank offering the class. To find the information for your local food bank, check our contact page.
