We will discuss the key parts of the Nutrtion Facts Label. We will compare two nutrtion labels and decide which is the healthier one and why. We will also guess the amount of sugar in various drinks and discuss the importance of drinking water. A question and answer session will follow.

We will be discussing different type of grains and their benefits for us, as well as which grains to cut back on and which grains to include more of in our meals.
Participant will learn when fruits and vegetables are at their peak for taste and nutritional value.
