Intervention designed to help individuals increase fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity, water intake, and provide SNAP-Ed adults with the skills to purchase healthy foods on a budget.
This class is taught with a trauma- inforced curriculum to empower adults, 18 years and older, to make holistic health choices.
Interactive, trauma-informed nutrition lessons that include a food demo and focus on moving your body, adding more nutrients to your daily eating, setting realistic health goals, and meal prepping/grocery shopping on a budget
