Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard, even when eating out. Join us to learn some tips and tricks for making healthy choices when eating out.
We will discuss the benefits of eating plants. Plants are high in vitamins and minerals, are rich in fiber and contain less saturated fats (unlike animal-based foods). We'll provide examples of recipes as well as answer your questions.
We will categorize the different fruits and vegetables according to their color and learn about the nutrients they contain, such as vitamins and minerals essential for our bodies.
