Intervention designed to help individuals increase fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity, water intake, and provide SNAP-Ed adults with the skills to purchase healthy foods on a budget.

Have you ever looked at a food label and felt lost? This may be the class for you. In this class we will break down food labels and go over the important things to know to help you shop for the healthiest food on any budget.
