In this class, participants will learn how to read and understand a Nutrition Facts label so they can make informed, healthier food choices.
Creating a balanced meal by choosing whole foods and a variety of fruits and vegetables.
We will compare the differences between the MyPlate approach and what participants typically eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will map out a healthy vision board and identify small changes that support that vision.
