Food Safety
Is salt bad or good for our bodies? How much salt do we need in our diet? How can we replace salt in our food choices or cooking methods? Come and learn how to help manage sodium in your diet .
Using MyPlate tools, we will look at how we can make our plates healthier during the holiday season while still enjoying our food. We'll look at serving sizes, side dish substitutions, drink substitutions, and healthier desserts.
To teach participants about how to make smart food choices and exercise more.
