Participants will discuss the importance of being physically active for at least 30 minutes a day and how to incorporate more exercise in their daily routine.
Intervention designed to help individuals increase fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity, water intake, and provide SNAP-Ed adults with the skills to purchase healthy foods on a budget.
Feeding the Gulf Coast is helping our community learn about nutrition. This program is all about making learning fun and respectful. We believe that when learning is enjoyable and sensitive to people's feelings and experiences, it can help us make better choices about what we eat. Let's learn together!
