Parents and caregivers will gain confidence to include more fruits, vegetables and whole grains into their families’ meals.
Participants consider the differences between “whole foods,” “minimally processed,” and “ultra processed” foods.
Participants will learn about where food is wasted and be able to identify strategies to reduce food waste.
Intervention designed to help individuals increase fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity, water intake, and provide SNAP-Ed adults with the skills to purchase healthy foods on a budget.
