Four Week Series: This class is designed to encourage and improve healthy eating/ physical activity while being mindful of food resource management among those 60- to 74-year-olds who are participating in or eligible for FNS nutrition assistance programs.
This class will focus on food safety tips and food pantry basics. We will also learn how to prepare a new, healthy recipe!
