This class is taught with a trauma- inforced curriculum to empower adults, 18 years and older, to make holistic health choices.
Intervention designed to help individuals increase fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity, water intake, and provide SNAP-Ed adults with the skills to purchase healthy foods on a budget.
