We will discuss how to build a wholesome diet and why doing so is important. We will learn how to evaluate foods across the spectrum of processing, ranging from not processed to ultra-processed. Finally, we will review the differences between whole and refined grains. A questions and answer session will follow.
Come and learn how to enjoy holiday meals in a healthy way, including how to manage portions. You'll also get some healthy, budget-friendly and easy-to-prep recipes that will still brighten the holidays.
