Best Practices for Healthy Living, Part 1

We will discuss practices that can be incorporated on a daily basis to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We will discuss tips and ideas for making moving fun. Examples include exercises such as walking and zumba classes. We will also focus on good sleeping habits. FInally, topics such as diabetes, high blood pressure and strong bones will be discussed. A question and answer session will follow.
