Leah’s Pantry: Parenting Adult, Setting the Stage for Healthy Choices.

We will discuss our personal experiences with food, cooking and health, as well as how to set goals for a healthier life. We will also talk about non-food-related ways we can take care of our bodies. We will compare and contrast the MyPlate and Healthy Eating Plate approaches, with examples of what a healthy plate consists of. A question and answer session will follow.
