Leah’s Pantry: Vegetables

We will discuss the wonderful benefits that veggies offer us, such as how they offer protection against various diseases such as inflammation, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, etc. We will review the health benefits of each vegetable, such as red onions (compared to white and yellow onions); yellow, red and green peppers; carrots; yellow squash; zucchini; broccoli and many others as well.
