This class is taught with a trauma- inforced curriculum to empower adults, 18 years and older, to make holistic health choices.
Participants will learn about the differences between whole foods, minimally processed foods and ultra-processed foods. We will also focus on the varying degrees of food processing and then evaluate foods on that basis.
