Participants will learn abot the benefits of healthy eating for brain health as well as different types of fats and whole grains.
Intervention designed to help individuals increase fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity, water intake, and provide SNAP-Ed adults with the skills to purchase healthy foods on a budget.
