Participants consider the differences between “whole foods,” “minimally processed,” and “ultra processed” foods.
Participants will be learning about the difference between a refined grain and a whole grain as well as the health benefits of making half of your grain’s whole grains.
Participants will learn about the benefits of fruit and vegetable consumption and how to get more plant foods in their diet.
