Participants will learn the importance of a healthy gut microbiome, foods that promote gut health, and simple ways to improve digestion.
This class is taught with a trauma-inforced curriculum to empower adults, 18 years and older, to make holistic health choices.
Parents and caregivers will gain confidence to serve beverages with less sugar, including water, to their families.
