Cooking with EatFresh.org

Participants will be introduced to EatFresh.org as a resource for planning meals, cooking and staying healthy. We will discuss how to create a meal plan based on MyPlate with the use of a grocery list. Finally, we will learn how to incorporate healthty foods that even appeal to picky eaters, such as kids. A question and answer session will follow.
