Eating a Colorful Variety of Vegetables.

Participants will learn the importance of including enough vegetables in their diets. The health benefits of various vegetables will be discussed. Participants will also explore solutions to challenges to eating a greater amount and/or variety of vegetables. A question and answer session will follow.
