Leah’s Pantry – Importance of Eating Vegetables

This class will focus on why and how we should incorporate vegetables in our daily diet.  We will focus on the fact that veggies help reduce chronic inflammation, control blood pressure, contain fiber which is great for your heart, gut, help you feel full and reduce your risk of developing diabetes, help with eye health and also the fact, that veggies are full of cancer fighting nutrients and antioxidants, help your brain as well as your immune system.
