Setting the Stage for Healthty Choices

Participants will consider their personal experiences with food, cooking and health. We will discuss the factors that motivate us to nourish and take care of our bodies. We will also think about other ways we can take care of our bodies besides eating healthy foods. Finally, we will discuss some meal challenges that a family may face as well as setting habits and goals that address them. A question and answer session will follow.
