This class will focus on the importance of adding dairy to our daily menu. We will focus on different types of dairy foods and discuss the importance that they also contain calcium, which help keep your bones healthy. How dairy is also a good source of protein in our diets. Benefits such as supporting bone health which lowers the risk of developing osteoporosis, lowers the risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes, how choosing low fat dairy products reduce the risk of heart disease. I will also focus on the best types of dairy for your health.
