Leah’s Pantry: Healthy Changes and Make Moving Fun!

Participants will identify several ways thar they can increase the amount of physical activity in their daily routines. This will include an open discussion on how exercise can improve mood, energy and feelings of accomplishment, strength and enjoyment. We will also use the MyPlate tool to identify ways by which we can increase consumption of whole foods as well as food variety by making substitutions.
