Leah’s Pantry – How to Read Nutrition Labels

By learning how to read nutrition labels we can make healthier and more nutritious choices. We will focus on understanding serving sizes as well as amount of fats, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, fiber, sugar, vitamins etc in each serving size. We will also focus on the “tricky wording” that will sometimes be utilized to make us believe that the food is healthy.
