Protein is super important for healthy muscles and a healthy body. In this class, the children will learn the importance of protein and why they should have more than one kind of protein every day.
In this class, participants will learn the difference between 100% fruit juice and fruit drinks and what sugar does in our bodies.
Learn to decode food labels, understand food labels and nutrition facts, and learn things to look out for on a food label.
